When using as an eye liner, apply along your lash line from the inner to the outer corners. When using as a brow filler, fill in and extend your brow shape by following your natural arch and applying with short, feather-like strokes.

Best ever Brow and Eyeliner
I've used this eye pencil since 1964. When it went off the market, I struggled to find one as good, and never did. When I discovered Bye me Beauty discontinued products, and found my favourite eye pencil again, I was thrilled!

Best eyebrow pencil EVER
I am a senior person who has used makeup since being a teenager. When Maybelline stops publicly selling of the pencil upset me. I have purchased many eyebrow pencils and none work. This is the best product and should be back on the shelf.

Wow is all I can say!!
I have been using Maybelline eyeliner for over 30 years, until one day I went to buy one and they were discontinued. Omg, I was so disturbed that they took a product of the shelf that was just so awesome!! The ones I have had to se run down my face and do not last all day like the Maybelline eye pencil. I found this site and was so Happy!!! Customer service was outstanding and fast delivery. I bought 5 double pencil packages and I am now set for a long time. Thank you so much!!
