Best eyeliner on the market
I have been using this eyeliner for about 2 years now and it is by far the best I have ever used. The slanted tip & liquid make it the easiest to apply. It always goes on perfect!

Great Pruduct Great Service
I am the husband who orders my wife's products online for her. PCing is better than SmartPhoning. I ordered 15 of these "pencils." All came pronto, intact, fair price. She loves the way the "pencil" works ... I believe it has a chiseled tip. She says each one lasts and lasts.
