Eyeliner for a lifetime
I started using this eyeliner about 10 or 12 years ago, and I was dismayed when I could no longer find it at my local drug store. Thank goodness I found it again. It goes on easily, makes a nice, fine, definite line, and stays on all day. I bought enough for the rest of my life.
