How to use:
- Administer Jontéblu Matte Lip gloss on to applicator wand.
- Begin at the center of the upper lip to the outer edges of the lip.
- Follow the contour of the mouth and fill in lips using applicator wand, dip applicator as needed.
- Repeat same technique for lower lip and massage lips together for an even full coverage finish.
