I have been unable to find the product in any store that sells cosmetic. It seems to be a discontinued item. I was delighted to find it on your site. The order below was dispatched and received by me in London.. Unfortunately I had ordered the “blue” instead of the “black”. I called you and you agreed to exchange it which you did and the replacement mascaras arrived within just a couple of days.

This is going to sound kinda silly but you have made me so happy (at this moment).... Many years ago, I found the perfect shade of lipstick... Loreal Endless Limitless Lilac... (the color may not be right for me (too dark), however, i fell completely in love with the color about 10-15 years ago. And it wears well... anyway, about 5 years ago, Loreal changed their formula with most of their products. I know this because the lipstick color changed and I became randomly allergic to my favourite loreal eyeliner as well... eyeliner was easy to replace.. i could use just about any brand... lipstick, on the other hand, NOT SO MUCH! I have spent the last 3-4 years skeptically using my last sticks of limitless lilac. And wasting much money on different brands and shades. I even wrote to loreal, but they just sent me a brochure on their products... (i don't know what i was expecting them to say, but the situation was hard for me)... may this be the worst of my problems. Every few months I search google and ebay in hopes of finding this lipstick and then praying when I order the lipstick, it's that original shade I love so very much. I came across your website and saw the color listed and gambled and ordered two sticks.... They were perfect... so I just ordered 6 more... I didn't want to go nuts, but I am considering it. Anyway, thank you!!! Thank you very much. You have for a moment in my life, solved a small issue in my life... and saved me $100's in trial and error lipstick shopping. Like I said, it sounds silly and petty, but women spend so much money on makeup and it really is expensive trial and error until we find the perfect shade in this and that. And then things get discontinued or changed somehow and it's a pain in the rear to start from scratch.... so thank you again...

Le Stylo is the only product I need to get from you, but I will be making purchases maybe a couple of times a year. I just wanted to be sure to let you know that I am very happy with the service I received in regard to my recent (and first) order with your company. I spoke with Daniel ("DA" on the invoice) on 12/30/08 @ 10:40am (CST) about a problem with two of the products that were shipped to me. He offered to immediately replace the defective items without a hassle to me, which I was happy about. However, the nicest surprise is that I already got the new shipment today!! I never would have expected such fast service, especially over the New Year holiday. In addition, Daniel included a free little gift which I will definately be able to use! Last week I ordered and promptly received 3 products ( L'oreal Age Perfect Double Action DeCrinkling & Illuminating treatment) only to find that the dual pump on all of them did not work. Only one side of the lotion dispensed. I called your 954 area code number and spoke to Mia who told me she would double check another 3 of them, and send them to me asap. Today they arrived and upon trying them, they all seem to work! Thank you so much. I was very pleasantly surprised by your service and would order from you online again.

I am so glad your company exists. I have been to many stores and cannot find the eyebrow pencil color Auburn by Maybelline. For years I have bought the color at local drugstores, but for some reason that color has been discontinued. It is nice to know that I can order them through your company at a reasonable rate.
